2018 BMW i3s Spare Tire
The BMW i3s, like many modern vehicles, does not come equipped with a spare tire as part of its standard features; instead, it utilizes run-flat tires in order to maximize the vehicle's efficiency and storage capacity. Run-flat tires are designed to resist the effects of deflation when punctured, allowing the car to continue to be driven at reduced speeds (up to 50 miles at a speed of 50 mph) for limited distances to provide the driver an opportunity to reach a safe destination for tire repair or replacement.
